Ian Thorpe

Ian JamesIan James “Thorpedo” Thorpe is a former international swimmer who represented Australia in the Olympic Games of 2000 and 2004 in Sydney and Athens respectively. He has been awarded the Order of Australia and has won 5 Olympic gold medals between 2000 and 2004 along with 3 silver medals and a bronze medal. His Olympic medal tally is the most by any Australian.
